고객님의 브라우저 내 저장된 임시파일 문제 또는 접속기기의 메모리 부족으로 발생할 수 있습니다.
인터넷 브라우저에 저장되어 있는 방문기록 삭제를 위하여 다음과 같이 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
- 1. 인터넷 익스플로러
- 도구 > 인터넷옵션> 일반 > 검색기록 > 삭제버튼 클릭 > 임시인터넷파일, 쿠키, 방문기록 삭제 > 재접속
- 2. 파이어폭스
- 옵션 > 고급 > 네트워크 > 캐시된 웹 페이지 '삭제' > 재접속
- 3. 크롬브라우저
- 브라우저 주소창 우측 상단 아이콘 클릭 > 설정 > 개인정보 > 인터넷 사용정보 삭제 > 재접속

- Tools> Internet Options> General> Browsing history> Click the " Delete" button> Delete the Temporary Internet files and
website files, Cookies and website data, History > Reopen your browser

- Open menu> Options> Advanced> Network> Cashed Web Content > Clear Now > Reopen your browser
- 3. Chrome
- Customize and control Google Chrome icon> Setting> Privacy> Clear browsing data > Reopen your browser
